Hallie Tamez, Senior Program Officer at TPI, will present the Lucent Technologies work with school districts at the American Evaluation Association (AEA) annual conference. The conference will be held in Denver, CO November 5-7, 2008.

The Moral Dimension of Philanthropy and Social Action
In June, The Philanthropic Initiative hosted a stimulating conversation on "The New Paradigm of Social Movements" as part of the continued discussions surrounding many of the important themes in Peter Karoff's The World We Want book. On October 2nd, we are pleased to continue this series with a focus on "The Moral Dimension of Philanthropy and Social Action."
